Refund Policy (United Kingdom)

This Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United Kingdom and explains when iptvservices.shop (“iptvservices.shop”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may approve a refund for our digital software/service access (the “Service”). Important (digital access): Because the Service is digital and access is typically provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once your subscription is activated and the Service has been used, except where required by law (including your statutory rights) or as stated below.

Cooling-off (UK distance selling): You may have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases. However, for digital content/services supplied immediately, you may lose that right once performance begins if you request/consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once access starts.

1. General Policy

3. When a Refund May Be Approved

Refunds may be considered, at our discretion, in these situations:

  • Major Service Outage: The Service is fully unavailable due to an issue on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours (not caused by your internet provider, device, VPN/proxy, local network or misconfiguration).
  • Non-Delivery of Access: You paid but did not receive access credentials/activation, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time (typically 48 hours).
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly due to a verified system error (for example, duplicate charges for the same subscription period).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase once access is delivered/activated and the Service is used.
  • Dissatisfaction with content availability, channel line-up or personal preferences.
  • Issues caused by your internet speed, ISP throttling, Wi-Fi problems, device limitations, VPN/proxy use or incorrect setup.
  • Minor interruptions, temporary buffering or brief outages.
  • Specific channels/features being temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team using the contact details listed on our website within 7 days of the transaction date (or within 7 days of the issue you are reporting).

Please include:

  • Your registered email address and username (if applicable).
  • Transaction date and the subscription plan purchased.
  • A clear explanation of the issue and the steps you already tried.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages or logs when relevant).

We review requests case-by-case and typically respond within 5–7 working days. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

6. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible and typically take 7–14 working days to process. Timing can vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

7. Cancelling a Subscription (Stopping Future Renewals)

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges (through your account dashboard if available, or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing period. Unless required by applicable law, we do not offer prorated refunds.

8. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorised charge, please contact us first so we can investigate and help resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may also be able to request a chargeback through your bank or card provider in certain circumstances. If you paid by credit card, you may have additional protections (for example, under Section 75) depending on the purchase and the provider’s rules.
