(See our Copyright Policy for notices.)
  • Unauthorised access and security violations: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, device, system or network; probing, scanning or testing vulnerabilities; bypassing authentication; or attempting to defeat security or access controls.

  • Service disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service (including denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding or automated abuse).
  • Resale or redistribution: Reselling, redistributing, rebroadcasting, sublicensing, sharing access or commercially exploiting the Service (or any portion of it) without our prior written permission.
  • Account sharing beyond your plan: Sharing your login credentials with unauthorised users or allowing access outside your household or outside the limits of your subscription plan (including simultaneous stream limits).
  • Circumvention of restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, location masking or other techniques to circumvent restrictions or access content in a way intended to violate licensing terms, contractual restrictions or applicable law.
  • Excessive use / abusive consumption: Using an unusually large amount of bandwidth, requests or resources that negatively impacts other users or the stability of the Service, as determined by us.

We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Actions we may take include:

  • Investigating suspected misuse or violations.
  • Restricting, limiting, blocking or disabling access to the Service or portions of the Service.

  • Taking steps to protect the Service, our users and third parties (including rate limiting and security controls).
  • Reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

We may act immediately and without prior notice when we believe continued access could cause harm, create legal risk, or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.
