Copyright & Takedown Policy (United Kingdom)

1. Overview

If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes a copyright you own (or you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner),
you may submit a takedown notice to our designated copyright contact (see Section 5).

Depending on the nature of the report, we may remove or disable access to the identified material (for example, by removing a listing or disabling access
to a specific link or page), and we may notify the party responsible for the reported material.

2. What We Do (and Don’t Do)

The Service may include references, listings, links or other information submitted by users or obtained from third-party sources.
We do not control third-party sites and cannot guarantee the availability of any third-party content.
When we receive a valid takedown notice, we take appropriate action under this policy.

3. How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Notice

To submit a Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”), send a written request to our designated copyright contact that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list).
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to help us locate it
  (for example, the exact URL(s) on our site and any relevant identifiers). General descriptions (such as only a channel name) are often not sufficient —
  please provide specific locations and details.
• Your contact information, including your name (or authorised agent/company), mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner).

4. Counter-Notice (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)

If you believe that material you posted (or made available) was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice
(“Counter-Notice”) to our designated copyright contact.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (for example, the prior URL).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales (or the courts of your home nation within the UK where applicable)
  for any dispute relating to the Counter-Notice and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original Notice (or their agent).

We may provide a copy of your Counter-Notice to the original complaining party as part of this process.

6. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service for users
who repeatedly violate our policies, including our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Conditions.

7. Misrepresentations

Submitting a Notice or Counter-Notice that knowingly makes material misrepresentations may result in liability for damages and costs under applicable law.
Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
