This Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United Kingdom and explains when iptvservices.shop (“iptvservices.shop”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may approve a refund for our digital software/service access (the “Service”). Important (digital access): Because the Service is digital and access is typically provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once your subscription is activated and the Service has been used, except where required by law (including your statutory rights) or as stated below.
Cooling-off (UK distance selling): You may have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases. However, for digital content/services supplied immediately, you may lose that right once performance begins if you request/consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once access starts.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible and typically take 7–14 working days to process. Timing can vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges (through your account dashboard if available, or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing period. Unless required by applicable law, we do not offer prorated refunds.

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may also be able to request a chargeback through your bank or card provider in certain circumstances.
