1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides a subscription-based streaming experience and/or software tools that enable you to access and view content delivered through the Service on compatible devices. Features may include live viewing, on-demand browsing, playback controls and account management tools.

4. Accounts, Security and Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the internet connection, devices and software required to use the Service.
• You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these Terms, our policies and all applicable laws.

5. Subscription, Billing and Payments

• Charges: You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes and any other charges you approve.
• Renewals: If your plan renews automatically, it will continue until cancelled. You can cancel to stop future renewals (see Section 7).
• Price changes: We may change prices or plan features from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction, where required.

6. Free Trials (If Offered)

If we offer a free trial, trial availability, limits and eligibility rules will be displayed at sign-up or provided by support. We may modify or end trials at any time, where permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future renewal charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All trademarks, logos, text and website materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notice under our Copyright Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Sharing accounts beyond your plan limits or allowing unauthorised users to access your account.
• Reselling, redistributing, rebroadcasting or commercially exploiting the Service without our prior written permission.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls or authentication measures.
• Using the Service to distribute malware, run phishing scams or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Using VPNs/proxies/location masking to circumvent restrictions in a way intended to violate applicable law or licensing/contractual restrictions.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, apps or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, our policies or applicable law, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL iptvservices.shop OR ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless iptvservices.shop and its affiliates, owners, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or our policies, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution (Optional)

Except where prohibited by law, you and iptvservices.shop agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and not in court. Arbitration will be conducted by a reputable arbitration provider under its applicable rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or, if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the laws of your home nation may also apply where mandatory consumer rights require).

If Section 15 (Arbitration) is removed or found unenforceable, you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, posting additional notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as permitted by law.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
